AV technical support and network operations are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our teams can constantly monitor and respond to infrastructure, network and monitoring alerts as well as assisting our clients with access requests. Our teams are available via phone, live chat and ticket support. Customer access via phone or email to the AV Support Team (AST) to open an Assistance Request (“AR”).
The AST will assign each AR a unique trackable number to facilitate communication and enable rapid assistance.
Contacting support team by phone will require your approved list of support personnel to identify themselves to the AV team. This list comes from your company’s account manager. When calling, this will ring the support team’s desktop stations during normal business hours. Your call will be entered into our support queue and answered when the next available agent can take your call. Upon shift change or after-hours support, the call may go to the digital receptionist where you can select from the options provided (ie; #2 for Service & Repair, #8 to reach the on-call engineer, etc)
